Customer Service Manager Job Opening In Dakar – Now Hiring Confidential

Customer Service and Sales Manager


The British Council is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead its Customer Management and Sales function in Senegal.

This pivotal role is responsible for driving sales performance across Teaching Centre and Exams services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and fostering a motivated, high-performing team.



Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Sales team to exceed sales targets and conversion KPIs.

- Collaborate with Academic, Marketing, and Business teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring alignment with British Council standards and safeguarding policies.

- Act as the country’s Complaints Manager and champion CRM usage.

- Drive stakeholder engagement across Marketing, Exams, and Teaching teams to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

- Manage term registration activities and ensure accurate income recognition and reporting.

- Line manage the Customer Service team, including recruitment, performance management, and training.



Requirements:

- University degree (Level 5 or above) or equivalent professional experience.

- Minimum IELTS score of 7 in each component.

- Legal right to work in Senegal.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
