Sous la supervision générale du Chef de Sous-Bureau de Kaolack, le Monitoring Assistant sera chargé des responsabilités suivantes :
Assurer le suivi des activités de Salouma dans de la zone dintervention du Sous-bureau de Kaolack et Kédougou.Assurer le suivi des activités liées à la Nutrition dans la zone dintervention du Sous-bureau.Assurer le suivi des activités liées à lalimentation scolaire dans la zone dintervention du Sous-bureau.Assurer le suivi des activités liées à la CAC de Salémata.Proposer des améliorations aux processus et procédures de suivi sur le terrain afin dassurer une mise en œuvre efficiente et efficace des projets et programmesCollaborer avec les partenaires coopérants pour recueillir des données sur la mise en œuvre des projets/programmes du PAM, les indicateurs transversaux, ainsi que sur les processus et produits, réaliser des analyses et rédiger des rapports pour orienter la prise de décision.Rédiger des rapports après chaque mission, en veillant à intégrer les recommandations formulées.Identifier et compiler les points saillants observés lors du monitoring, ainsi que les actions entreprises, et les partager avec les parties concernées.Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe en fonction des besoins.Profil recherché :
Pour cette mission, vous devrez avoir les qualifications suivantes :
Formation
Diplôme universitaire du niveau Licence (Bac) dans les domaines de l'agronomie, du développement communautaire, de la nutrition, de la gestion de projets ou disciplines connexes.Expérience
Expérience minimale de trois ans, avec des compétences en suivi des activités liées à la production agricole, à la nutrition, à lalimentation scolaire, ainsi quen gestion de projets.Une expérience dans la mise en œuvre, le suivi et la gestion de coopératives agricoles communautaires constituerait un avantage.Excellente maîtrise du français, à loral comme à lécrit ; la connaissance de langlais et des langues locales (Wolof, Pulaar, Manding) serait un atout.Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein dune équipe, en interagissant avec des personnes de diverses nationalités et cultures.Aptitude à analyser et interpréter des problématiques liées aux programmes, ainsi quà communiquer sur des sujets complexes, tant à loral quà lécrit.Compétences techniques et interpersonnelles
