Background
Sous l'autorité et la supervision du Conseiller régional du programme global de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme (GPML) de l'ONUDC, l'Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) et Financier(ière) (AAF) fournit une assistance et un soutien administratif au projet onusien « Renforcement de capacités des pays de l'Afrique de l'ouest dans la lutte contre le Blanchiment d'argent, le Financement du Terrorisme et le Produit du Crime».

L'assistant de projet travaille en collaboration avec le personnel des opérations, des programmes, projets et autres partenaires pour échanger des informations et assurer une prestation de services cohérente et de qualité.

Duties and Responsibilities
Résumé des fonctions essentielles :

Fournir un soutien à la gestion des projets en cours
Appui aux services administratifs et logistiques
Appui à la maintenance du projet et à la gestion des actifs
Appui au développement et au partage des connaissances
Toute autre tâche assignée par le superviseur

1. Veiller à fournir un soutien à la gestion des activités du projet en cours en mettant l'accent sur l'atteinte des résultats suivants :


Réception et enregistrement du courrier de l'ONUDC et de ses partenaires ;
Organisation logistique des missions incluant réservations des vols/billets, d'hôtels, matérialisation des demandes de voyages (travel request) et bons de commandes (Purchase Order) dans UMOJA, calcul des indemnités journalière de subsistance (DSA) et toute action nécessaire à la bonne organisation d'événements
S'assurer des transactions sur le système financier UMOJA et en assurer le suivi avec l'Unité administrative et financière de l'organisation ;
Collecte des factures pro formas nécessaires à l'organisation d'évènements de GPML dans la région d'Afrique Centrale ;
Appui au Conseiller Régional de GPML et membres du personnel de l'ONUDC pour toute aide administrative conformément aux exigences des Nations Unies et de gouvernements nationaux dans la région d'Afrique de l'Ouest ;
Appui administratif et logistique à l'organisation de conférences, d'ateliers ou de réunions ; Aider à la coordination des événements prévus du projet ;

2. Veiller à assurer des services administratifs et logistiques efficaces en mettant l'accent sur l'atteinte des résultats suivants :

Préparation de correspondance si nécessaire ;
Extraction, saisie, copie et classement de données provenant de sources diverses.
Appui à la gestion des stocks des fournitures du bureau du Conseiller Régional, de même de ceux destinés aux formations ceux en appui et des stocks et inventaires du matériel ;
Faire le suivi des règlements fournisseurs avec le Bureau Régional à Dakar ainsi qu'avec les PNUD des pays d'Afrique de l'Ouest.
Assistance à la préparation du budget, fourniture d'informations pour l'audit.
3. Soutenir le renforcement et le partage des connaissances au sein du projet en mettant l'accent sur l'atteinte des résultats suivants :

Participation à la formation pour les opérations et le personnel du programme ;
Contributions solides aux réseaux de connaissances et aux pratiques de communautés ;

Required Skills and Experience
Education

Enseignement secondaire (Baccalauréat). Un Bachelor, une Licence, un Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS), (Diplôme universitaire de technologie) DUT, en administration des affaires ou en commerce, ou ressources humaines, ou finances, ou sciences sociales, ou en relations internationales et tout autre domaine connexe serait souhaitable.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

Pour les candidats titulaires du Baccalauréat, avoir un minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans la gestion administrative ou le service de soutien aux programmes.
Les candidats titulaires d'un Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS), (Diplôme universitaire de technologie) DUT, Bachelor ou Licence, devront avoir une expérience minimum de trois (3) années.
Maitrise dans l'utilisation d'ordinateurs et de logiciels de bureau (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.). Expérience dans la gestion de systèmes de gestion basés sur le Web.
