Son travail consistera à installer, contrôler, entretenir, régler et réparer les machines, appareils et instruments composés de pièces mécaniques, électriques et électroniques. Il doit avoir des connaissances Solides en :

Maîtrise des Systèmes Automatisés et programmation +++++
Mécanique Générale +++
Electrotechnique +++

PRINCIPALES ACTIVITÉS

Ses tâches consistent à :

Pilotage de l’équipe maintenance (Electricien/Mécanicien) en coordonnant avec les chefs d’équipe de production
Suivi de la disponibilité et la fiabilité permanente du matériel via des indicateurs de performances bien définis
Veiller au bon Nettoyage, réparation ou remplacement des éléments défectueux à que la maintenance est faite dans les normes appropriées.
Rédaction et application des fiches techniques d’intervention (dossier de maintenance des machines).
Participation à l’amélioration des procédures de maintenance.
Piloter les interventions préventives en appliquant le planning MP. Et participer à la mise en place de dispositifs plus performants pour augmenter le rendement et la longévité des machines.

COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS

Très bonne maitrise en Automatisme industriel, mécanique, électricité, électrotechnique, électromécanique et Hydraulique et pneumatique, ce qui lui permettra de :

Lire des plans, schémas et notices techniques (y compris en anglais),
Une aptitude à remplir les comptes rendus d’intervention et à rédiger des rapports,
La maîtrise des dossiers fournis par le constructeur,
La maîtrise de l’informatique (Maitrise d’Excel est obligatoire) et des logiciels de gestion de maintenance.
Un bon sens de leadership et d’organisation en ayant la capacité de faire respecter les règles de travail par son équipe.

Il doit pouvoir associer habileté manuelle (rapidité d’exécution et précision) et esprit d’initiative, d’analyse, de déduction et de méthode. Par ailleurs, il sait s’adapter et mettre à jour régulièrement ses connaissances. Enfin, il ne redoute pas d’être soumis au bruit, à des horaires de travail décalés (nuit, week-end) et d’exercer son métier souvent dans des positions inconfortables.

Doit justifier une expérience d’au Moins 5 ans en maintenance industrielle en qualité de responsable maintenance ou adjoint responsable maintenance.

Titulaire d’un diplôme Electromécanique ou similaire
