MISSIONS :
Assurer, la tenue et la gestion du service et du parc matériel de la société sur tous les plans (technique, administratif, financier, relationnel, etc.)
Superviser et encadrer le personnel dudit service dans l’exécution de leurs missions et participer au développement de leur compétences
Activités principales :
Identification, gestion et suivi des interventions nécessaires sur le matériel
Identification et gestion des besoins du service (matériels, humains, financiers, appro, etc.)
Gestion et suivi de la logistique
Gestion et coordination des déplacements et transferts du matériel
Management des équipes et gestion des plannings de travaux et du personnel
Orientation et formation continue du personnel sous sa responsabilité
Veille à la bonne application par ses équipes des règles et mesures de sécurité mises en place par l’entreprise et garantir à ces dernières un environnement de travail sécurisé
Participation à toute acquisition par l’entreprise, de matériels rentrant dans son parc par le biais de conseils, recommandations et une implication suffisante dans le processus
Gestion, suivi, rationalisation et optimisation des dépenses liées au matériel
Veille au bon suivi des contrôles et démarches nécessaires et obligatoires liés au parc matériel
Gestion et suivi des assurances sur le matériel du parc
Gestion des relations de l’entreprise avec les fournisseurs et les partenaires en lien avec le matériel
Profil recherché :
Titulaire d’un diplôme Supérieur en mécanique des engins lourds et en mécanique automobile avec :
Une expérience de plus de 10 ans dans un poste similaire
Une solide expérience en encadrement d’équipe
Une expérience en formation (un grand atout)
Une expérience en Carrières et Mines (obligatoire)
Une bonne connaissance des engins CAT (un atout)
De très bonnes connaissances en moteur, hydraulique et électronique embarqué
De bonnes techniques d’organisation et de contrôle
Une bonne connaissance des normes et usage en matière de sécurité en milieu mécanique
Une très bonne communication en français à l’oral et à l’écrit
Un bon niveau d’anglais (technique)
Une très bonne maitrise du pack office
De très bonnes capacités d’analyse
