Missions principales

Le chef d’équipe aura pour principale mission d’assurer la maintenance de l’ensemble des
installations et équipements fortes puissances et en garantir la disponibilité, la fiabilité, la
conformité dans le respect des contraintes de sécurité, de réglementation, de qualités, de
coûts et de délais. Pour bien réussir sa mission, Il ou elle s’appuiera sur une équipe de 10
mainteneurs courant fort.

Mission managériale

Gérer une équipe de techniciens (10 à 20 personnes environ), fixer les objectifs individuels et collectifs, réaliser les entretiens annuels, évaluer et développer les compétences ;

Distribuer les tâches en s’assurant de la disponibilité des pièces de rechange ;

Suivre l’évolution des différents indicateurs de son activité (objectifs, taux de fiabilité, taux de disponibilité, taux d’accidents, absentéisme, etc. ;

Assurer le suivi des équipements, des stocks de pièces et des outillages ;

Veiller au respect des règles et bonne pratique en matière de santé sécurité au travail.

Mission technique

Participer activement au diagnostic et à la réparation des installations et équipements courant fort (transformateurs, éclairage, chargeurs de batterie, Groupes électrogènes, champs solaires, distribution électrique, armoires électriques, portes électromécaniques, climatisation, ascenseurs,…) ;

Garantir le bon fonctionnement et la conformité de l’ensemble des installations et
équipements courant fort ;

Contrôler et réceptionner les travaux des sous-traitants avant la mise ou la remise sous tension ;

Contrôler les opérations de maintenance préventives et curatives réalisées par son équipe sur l’ensemble des installations et équipement conformément aux préconisations du fournisseur, aux exigences réglementaires et aux procédures internes ;

Contribuer au management de la performance énergétique.

Relation Hiérarchique : Le chef d’équipe courant faible rapporte au Responsable CFO/CFA

Relations hiérarchiques et fonctionnelles :Interne :Equipe Patrimoine & Voirie ;Direction des Opérations ;Direction Commerciale et Marketing ;Direction de la Maintenance (Bus) ;Service SI ;Responsable systèmes ;Responsable ESG ;Responsable moyens généraux ;Chef d’équipe CFA.

Externe :Sous-traitants ;Fournisseurs d’équipements électriques ;

Profil

Compétences :Forte capacité à travailler en collaboration au sein d’une petite équipe, proactif et capable de prendre des initiatives ;Forte autonomie, dynamisme, polyvalence et grande rigueur ;Très bonne capacité analytique et de synthèse ;Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles ;Capacité à interagir de façon structurée et fluide en français (anglais souhaité) ;Fort sens de la responsabilité ;Serein(e) et très bonne capacité de gestion de stress ;Permis B en cours de validité ;Maîtrise des bonnes pratiques en matière de santé sécurité au travail.

Qualifications : Formation technique types Bac+2 (BTS, DUT) en génie électrique, électromécanique,
maintenance industrielle

Expérience :Minimum 5 années d’expérience dans la maintenance courant fort ;Expérience en management d’équipe ;Une expérience dans le domaine des infrastructures de transport serait un plus.

Connaissances :Fortes connaissances en courant fort ;Bonne connaissance en conversion d’énergieConnaissance des systèmes électriques et de leurs architectures ;Pack Office ;Utilisateur de la GMAO.
