Qu'est-ce le poste de Directeur E-commerce ?

En tant que Directeur E-commerce, votre mission est de définir l’ensemble des stratégies visant à augmenter le volume d’activité de nos services e-commerce et d'assurer en continue une qualité de service optimum. Vous dirigez alors l’ensemble des ventes, le marketing et les opérations relatives au e-commerce sur les pays Gozem. Pour cela, vous managez une équipe de 10 personnes.

Vos missions

Stratégie

Définir la stratégie de la verticale E-commerce de Gozem en l’adaptant à chaque pays (pricing, valeur ajoutée, cible, stratégie marketing etc. ).

Définir un budget (avec l’aide des équipes nationales & finance) pour la verticale, et suivre le budget.

Organiser une veille permanente du secteur dans nos pays et dans la sous-région en analysant les potentiels futurs marchés.

Développer l’offre de services du E-commerce et apporter de l’innovation en permanence.

Fixer les objectifs d’acquisition de nouveaux marchands pour les équipes de commerciaux.

Produit

Leader les changements de produits et proposer des innovations dans le back office afin de soutenir la croissance exponentielle de la verticale et automatiser un maximum de process.

Définir avec l’équipe produit et data tous les outils nécessaires au tracking de la performance de la verticale e-commerce.

Opérations

(Re)définir, et adapter les processus opérationnels de la verticale E-commerce afin d’améliorer la qualité de service, et mettre en place des trackers de performance.

Définir, actualiser et valider les stratégies de pricing des différents services avec l’équipe finance et les équipes nationales,

Suivre et monitorer la performance quotidienne de la verticale et identifier les points bloquants.

Diriger les équipes dans l'exécution et la gestion de projets spéciaux qui vont permettre la croissance de la verticale. Mettre en avant et prioriser les projets E-commerce en comparant leur retour sur investissement avec les projets des autres verticales / fonctions.

Mettre à disposition des équipes des dashboard visuels percutants permettant d’identifier et comprendre facilement des informations opérationnelles stratégiques et opportunités d'amélioration.

Marketing

Identifier les profils des clients (utilisateurs / partenaires) de chaque pays et définir en collaboration avec les pays une stratégie marketing adaptée à chaque profil.

Analyser les CAC, cohortes et LTV des différents canaux pour identifier les meilleures canaux de communication et d'acquisition.

Assister les équipes marketing et pays à élaborer les plans marketing trimestriels nationaux respectant les budgets et identifiant un retour sur investissement précis.

Finance

Préparer des rapports appropriés pour l'équipe de direction et les investisseurs afin de rendre compte de l'activité.

Suivre les résultats, analyser les rapports financiers et la rentabilité de la verticale.

Vos résultats à atteindre dans les 6 prochains mois :

Atteindre une qualité de service E-commerce optimum : 80% des commandes sont livrées en moins de 45 min.

Avoir une équipe E-commerce au complet, organisée et performante : recrutement des nouveaux membres, rocks construits en cohérence les uns avec les autres, reviews régulières, training et évolution des équipes.

Atteindre et maintenir un NPS marchand, livreur et client E-commerce de 60

30% d'augmentation des commandes livrées d'un trimestre à l'autre

Vous êtes fait pour ce poste si :

Vous maitrisez déjà le marché du E-commerce, idéalement en Afrique. Vous avez de très bonnes capacités d’analyse financière et commerciale. Vous êtes un manager reconnu, doté d’une bonne communication et analyse interculturelle. Vous aimez collaborer avec plusieurs départements en même temps.

Vous possédez

Niveau d’étude : MBA ou Master (recommandé mais non obligatoire)

5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur du e-commerce où vous avez mené des projets et pris des initiatives de leadership sur vos équipes. Nous considérons les candidats qui postulent avec moins d’expérience s’ils apportent d’autres critères de sé expérience au sein d’une plateforme de l’économie collaborative, dans l’industrie tech, du transport ou dans une start-up est un plus.

Maîtrise des outils de la suite Google Obligatoire (Docs, Sheets, Slide...) et maîtrise du digital avec l’utilisation des smartphones, Android et IOS.

Profonde connaissance du pays est essentiel et/ou une expérience dans la région est un plus

Langues : Français Anglais
